Doom for Xbox Live Arcade is a remastered version of the original 1993 game Doom. It was released on September 27, 2006 for the Xbox Live Arcade on the Xbox 360.
Plot
The player takes control of an unnamed marine who must battle his way through Demons and monsters to escape hell.
Reception
Doom Arcade received mostly positive reviews as some websites found the controls made the game easier to play.
Metacritic gave the game a rating of 4 stars and currently has an approval rating of 82% on the website.[1]
IGN gave the game 8.1 out of 10, praising the games replay-ability and online multiplayer.[2]
