Sioux City is the administrative capital of Woodbury County, Iowa with a population of around 85,000 persons. In 1994 FBI Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully travelled to Sioux City to investigate the disappearance of Ruby Morris (TXF: "Conduit").
