Bill Dow is an actor who portrayed several characters in The X-Files and Millennium television series.
From 2001 to 2007, he played the recurring character Dr. Bill Lee in Stargate SG-1. He also played the good doctor in that series' spin-off series, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe. Another recurring role that Dow had was on "Da Vinci's Inquest" as Mayor Russ Hathaway.
