Events

Eugene Victor Tooms murders five people in Palhatton Mill, Maryland. They are investigated by Sheriff Frank Briggs. Briggs believes that Tooms' vicious stealing of the victims' livers is the bloodiest thing imaginable and it haunts him for the rest of his career. Tooms is never caught or investigated for these murders. (TXF: "Squeeze") Four victims are discovered at the crime scene, but the fifth victim is not found. (TXF: "Tooms")
