Yggdrel patrols west of the Dyvari Overgrowth and southeast of the Burial Fields in south-central Shadowmoon Valley. He is corrupted by fel magic.[1]
Unlike most rares and rare-elites in Shadowmoon Valley, Yggdrel hits incredibly hard and a group with a tank and a healer is encouraged, even at level 40. The Entangling Vine cannot be avoided.

- Yggdrel's name is likely a reference to the World Tree Yggdrasil from Norse mythology.
