Patch changes

Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Cooldown reduced to 1 minute (was 1.5 minutes) and duration increased to 5 seconds (was 4 seconds).
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Cooldown reduced to 90 seconds (was 120 seconds).
Hotfix (2023-01-13): Time Stop can no longer be used to drop Orbs of Power in Temple of Kotmogu, or flags in Warsong Gulch or Twin Peaks.
Hotfix (2023-01-06): Time Stop may no longer be cast on Mind Controlled targets.
