It is an exclusive choice node with [Lightning Rod] on row 10 of the Elemental tree.

Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Now increases [Lightning Bolt] damage by 30% for Elemental in PvP combat (was 115%).
Hotfix (2022-10-31): Fixed an issue that allowed [Nature's Swiftness] and Stormkeeper to modify more spell casts than intended while both are active on the Shaman.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 6 and row 10 Elemental talent, and a row 3 Restoration talent (was a level 50 Elemental and level 45 Enhancement talent).
Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Now increases [Chain Lightning] by 300% (was 2 Lightning Bolts by 150%).
- Fixed an issue where Stormkeeper and [Maelstrom Weapon] were both increasing the damage of Chain Lightning at the same time.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now also available to Enhancement at level 45, replacing [Fury of Air]. Now available at level 50 for Elemental (was 100).
Hotfix (2018-12-20): Now increases Lightning Bolt damage by 125% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 150%).
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Now also increases the damage of your next two Lightning Bolts (and their overloads) by 150%.
Hotfix (2018-08-02): Will now cause you to shapeshift out of [Ghost Wolf] form.
