Patch changes

• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed. Replaced by [Tenacity].
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): No longer causes damage. Duration increased from 6 to 10 seconds. Focus cost removed.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
