Skawn is the roc companion of Agna the Fowl, found atop Windripper Peak in Highmountain while the World Quest 
[45WQ] Retake the Skyhorn is available.
Abilities
Diving Talons — Agna commands Skawn to dive attack a target inflicting Physical damage and knocking back all enemies within 8 yards of impact.
Rending Snap — Snaps at the enemy, inflicting Physical damage on impact, additional Physical damage every 1 sec for 6 sec, and slows movement speed by 45 for the duration.
