Patch changes
Hotfix (2023-07-18): Now increases the damage per target hit by Arcane Barrage by 10% (was 12%). - Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Now increases Arcane Barrage damage by 12% per target hit (was 15%).
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 5 Arcane talent (was a level 35 Arcane talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 35 (was 60). Damage bonus per target hit is now 15% (was 10%). 
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Damage bonus per target hit is now 10% (was 25%).
