Ravnyr is a dead dragon located in the Darkmaul Citadel on Exile's Reach. Gor'groth has tasked his ogres, as well as the island's quilboar and harpies, with harvesting enough life force to complete a ritual that will raise Ravnyr into undeath. Ultimately, Gor'groth gives himself as the final sacrifice to revive her.

Ravnyr was likely a storm drake in life, considering that Exile's Reach is off the coast of Stormheim and many storm drake skulls can be found on the island. There's also a Statue to Ravnyr in the database that depicts her as a storm drake, though it doesn't appear to be in the live game.
