Patch changes

• Hotfix (2023-07-24): Damage increased by 15% in PvP Combat.
  
• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Fixed an issue causing Onslaught to have unpredictable behavior with [Whirlwind]'s chain buff.
  
• Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Damage increased by 40% and now generates 30 Rage (was 25).
  
• Hotfix (2022-11-28): Rage generation reduced to 25 (was 30) but it is now again correctly affected by [Recklessness] causing it to generate 50 Rage while under Recklessness.
  
• Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Onslaught now generates 25 Rage (was 20). Now correctly modifies the tooltip to mention enrage if you have [Tenderize] talented.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25):
  • Now a tier 9 Fury talent (was a level 30 Fury talent). No longer requires Enrage.
  • Now generates 20 Rage (was 15). Cooldown increased to 18 seconds (was 12).
