Micro Zoox is a gnome located at the Gnomeregan instance portal in Dun Morogh. He is a chief engineer in charge of keeping things "under control" in Gnomeregan, and has offered Tizzy Gearjolt and Radek Fuselock his help in finding the cause of recent electrical usage spikes in the city's more dangerous areas.
He also appears in the Gnomeregan pet battle scenario. This scenario can only be entered by talking to Zoox.

[50] Trouble in Gnomeregan will show in the wrong location unless the player is already nearby. Zoox stands at the instance portal to the Gnomeregan dungeon; to reach him, take the elevator down from New Tinkertown into the non-instanced portion of Gnomeregan, proceed through the Loading Room, then take the first corridor to the west.
