Master Li Fei is the spirit of a pandaren elder first appearing in the Cave of Meditation on the Wandering Isle. He re-appears in the Shrine of Inner-Light to test adventurers.
Abilities

Flying Shadow Kick — Appear behind your target and deliver a swift flying kick knocking them away and stunning them for 2 sec.
Feet of Fury — Swiftly kicks target enemy, inflicting 20 Physical damage every .5 secs for 3 secs.
