Kodian is the daughter of Ursoc and niece of Ursol. She can be found at the Heart's Blood Shrine in Grizzly Hills.
In fact, she is a prisoner of a sort, as the mad furbolgs of the Redfang tribe won't allow her to leave, and because she loves her people, she would rather stay put than hurt any of them.[1]
After the war against the Jailer, the brothers Bronzebeard managed to slip past the furbolgs to speak with Kodian, who was still present in the shrine to continue her duty. She explained that her brother Orsonn is also still prisoner at Rage Fang Shrine, and that both of them still hope that someday their people will find peace among themselves.
When they asked questions about their mysterious ancestor, Kodian told them that she remembered a female of their kind who took shelter in her cave and offered to share her kill with her. The cold, lost, alone and desperate dwarf told her how she and her brother sailed on the Frozen Sea, and that after an argument their ship sank. She ended her story by telling Kodian that she had been stranded on the shores of Grizzly Hills, and that she blamed herself for being the only survivor, her brother having been lost at sea.
To thank Kodian for aiding them in their quest, the dwarves traveled to Rage Fang Shrine to deliver a message to Orsonn, saying that she misses him, and he replied that he misses her too.[1]
