Hell-Hoot is an owl in northern Winterspring. Jeb Guthrie assumes she would taste good and wants her killed.
Locals originally named her "Deathwing" but changed it to "Hell-Hoot" when they realized it was already taken.
Abilities
Eye Peck — Reduces chance to hit by 20% for 5 sec.
Flamestrike — Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area and inflicting additional damage every 2 sec. for 8 sec.
Howling Screech — Movement speed of nearby enemies is reduced by 25% for 6 sec. Reduces the attack power of nearby enemies by 10.
Rain of Fire — Calls down a molten rain, burning all enemies in a selected area for Fire damage every 3 sec. for 9 sec.
