Hotfix (2023-01-04): Fixed an issue that caused Grappling Hook to break [Stealth] when talented into [Subterfuge].
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 Outlaw talent (was a level 18 Outlaw ability). Rank 2 effects are now baseline.
Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Rank 2 added at level 56: Cooldown reduced by 15 seconds.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 18 (was 22).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now learned by Outlaw rogues at level 22 (was a level 30 Outlaw talent).
Hotfix (2017-06-13): Casting Grappling Hook while rooted will no longer consume the cooldown.
Hotfix (2016-08-12): Grappling Hook will now work more consistently, especially going up hills.
