Glutonia has been the manager for the Bank of Dalaran for thousands of years. She appears to be a female goblin, but is in fact a shapeshifting astral entity. She was once involved in a relationship with the first Guardian of Tirisfal, Alodi. At the time, she was disguised as a female elf rather than a goblin.[1]
She needs to be spoken to by frost mages in search of 
[Ebonchill] in order to access Alodi's personal bank vault and retrieve some mana gems.[1]
