Flame Patch is a Fire mage talent.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2023-08-21): Damage reduced by 8%. - Hotfix (2023-08-07): Damage decreased by 10%. Does not apply to PvP.
- Hotfix (2023-07-18): Damage reduced by 6% and now deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
- Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Damage reduced by 12%.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row Fire 5 talent (was a level 45 Fire talent).
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Damage reduced by 10%. - Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 45 (was 90).
Hotfix (2017-01-17): Damage reduced by 17%. - Hotfix (2016-08-01): Flame Patch damage has been significantly reduced. A previous hotfix to solve a bug with Flame Patch not dealing damage while the Mage was casting effectively increased its performance, and today's change returns it to approximately the intended performance level.
- Hotfix (2016-07-21): While the Flame Patch talent is active, it should tick during the casting and application of other spells.
