Fernus is an infernal found chained up by a few Shadow Disciples in the Ruins of Ata'gar in Frostfire Ridge.
Abilities
Core Detonation — Focuses intense heat inside the caster, detonating and inflicting Fire damage to enemies within 15 yds.
Immolation — Burns nearby enemies every 3 sec.
Infernal Strike — Inflict instant Fire damage to an enemy. That enemy then suffers additional Fire damage every 3 sec. for 9 sec.
