Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Stacks to 1000, up from 200.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stacks to 200, up from 20.
  
• Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): Creating Ebonweave no longer has a cooldown or location requirement, but also no longer provides the [Residue of Darkness] buff on creation.
  
• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Ebonweave now requires the tailor to be in the Maw of Neltharion in Dragonblight to create it.

  Previously required the Altar of the Ebon Depths.
