Patch changes

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 8 Assassination talent (was a level 15 talent). Now also triggers from [Ambush].
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Re-added and redesigned as a level 15 Assassination talent (was a level 70 Assassination ability). Now grants Mutilate a chance to make Ambush free and usable out of stealth.
Old: Performing a successful Mutilate has a 30% chance of leaving you in an advantageous position, enabling a single use of Dispatch with no energy cost, regardless of the enemy target's health.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Blindside's effects have been merged into baseline [Mutilate].
