Primal Tone (奏元 Sōgen) is a SIGNI class, and the Diva Selection counterpart to Primal Spirit.
Gameplay
Like Primal Spirit SIGNI, Servant ♯ is primarily played in decks as a source of Guard SIGNI. However, as Servant ♯ is the only SIGNI with Guard in Diva Selection, decks in Diva Selection can essentially only run four Guard SIGNI in a deck. This means that, compared to previous formats, LRIG attacks are much more likely to hit in Diva Selection. Due to the scarcity of Guard SIGNI, Servant ♯ is much less expendable than previous Guard SIGNI were, and cannot easily be Ener Charged or put onto the field without giving up defense.
Diva Selection emphasizes white's role as the defensive color by giving the color the ability to add Guard SIGNI from the trash to the hand, giving it more access to Guard SIGNI compared to other colors and shoring up its defenses.
