Rastburg Castle is located in the north of the kingdom of Lyria.
History
In 1267, Queen Meve visited the Rastburg Castle, dependently because the Nilfgaardian imposter and his troops had gone there, disguised as Lyrians, asking to be let into the keep.
Outraged at discovering he was a spy, Meve battled with the Nilfgaardians, and after the battle concluded, the men inside exited and payed homage to Meve, thanking her for the protection.[1]
After the war, Rastburg wanted to hire a witcher in order to get rid of a vampire.[2]
Notes
- On the west side of the castle, the Traheaern var Vdyffir card for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game's multiplayer can be found in a golden chest.
