Narok is a principality of Kovir and Poviss and is located in the north, in the foothills of the Dragon Mountains. The Toina river flows through the large river valley in the area.[2]
In the 13th century, Narok was ruled by the regents of Kovir, but had its own princess.

Settlement
Narok was first settled by the Dauk and Wozgor people sometime before the First Landing in the 760s, according to a classification by the historian Arnelius Grock.[3]
