Drieschot, or the Triangle, is a triangular forested region south of Ceann Treise, where the borders of Brokilon, Brugge (northeast of the triangle), and Verden meet.[1]
History
Second Northern War
On the dawn of 7th August 1267, during the Second Northern War, the Nilfgaardian Army marched through Drieschot to begin their conquest of Brugge. Everywhere south of the capital was put to the torch, including Drieschot, which fell under imperial occupation.[1]
