Blink is an ability unique to Ciri, and is something akin to quick teleportation. This ability allows Ciri to teleport behind her attackers one by one and attack them, up to a total of five.
To use this ability while playing as Ciri, hold the "Cast Sign" button (Default is 
on PC) to launch a surprise attack on up to five enemies.
Trivia
- The longer you hold the button, the greater the area of effect of your attack.
