Description
When people of Rosas turned 18 years old, they give their wishes to King Magnifico and put them in the wish bubbles with his magic and the peoples wishes are regularly extracted from their souls and given as offerings to him. But he only grant few wishes in order to control Rosas. Once in a month, as a ceremonial event because he keeps them safe in his castle so their owners can forget them and not have to experience the pain of longing for something that will never happen the way that he did in his childhood. Magnifico chooses few wishes to be granted.
