Vital Beat is Aisha's Sophix power. It is the heart of the forest that has the inner, natural beat, which gives life to all living beings. It is used to de-transform the enemy to their original form, or to create rain.

Times When Used

• Season 4 Episode 19 - Used to de-transform the tree monsters back to their original form.
• Season 4 Episode 20 - Used twice, first to break the chains, then to heal the Sacred Sprout.

Trivia

• In the Nickelodeon dub, this spell and Pure Harmony keep their names while the other Sophix spells change their names.
• The third form of this spell is similar to Magic Rain.
