Style hair however you want without any bonus or penalty

Your Salon

"Day" mode start in which the player get three clients daily. The clients might leave the style to your choice or will request two out of three specific categories: length, color or style (straight/curly). After completing the client's request, the player receive "Fame" (the game currency), being 5 if it was done correctly, 3 if half was right or 1 if all was wrong.

Saloon Upgrades

After gaining Fame via Your Salon, use them to buy tools and decoration, changing the appearance of your saloon. The appearance change is merely aesthetic and does not affect the requests. To complete all upgrades the player must gather 900 Fame at total.

Styling

Winx make over magic - styling example

When styling a client, the player has many different options. Those that define length, style and color are used for request, all others are for aesthetic. Cutting the hair had a limit and the bangs made no difference to requests.

Length:

  • Scissors - cut hair.
  • Wand - grow hair.

Style:

  • Curling Iron - curl straight hair.
  • Straightening Iron - straighten curly hair.

Color:

  • Spray - dye hair up to seven colors: black, blonde, brown, orange, red, blue and pink.

Move:

  • Hairdryer - blows all hair around (helps checking length and color).
  • Gel - stick hair in place (can be undone using comb or hairdryer).
  • Comb - moves hair individually.

Makeup:

  • Lipstick - adjust lipstick up to six colors: pink, red, orange, brown, violet and blue.
  • Contacts - changes contacts up to seven colors: aqua, blue, brown, red, yellow, grey and green.
  • Eye shadow - changes eye shadow up to six colors: blue, pink, violet, green, black and tan.

Accessories:

  • Up to seven, all can be used at the same time - butterfly, bow, barrette (heart shaped), flowers, glasses, headscarf, stars.

Trivia

  • Unlike the others Winx Club games on Nickelodeon, this game does not actually involve the Winx in any way, being the title screen the only place they appear.
    • Flora is the only Winx not featured on the starting screen.
  • On the game assets, icons for the floors and tables were available, however, inside the game they changed automatically when choosing walls or counters, respectively.
  • Bollabies can be seen on the second salon wallpaper.
  • The Clients' positive reaction "I feel pretty, oh so pretty!" is a reference to the music from West Side Story, "I Feel Pretty."
  • There is a toy line with a similar name.
