A Homeworld is a species planet of origin, where they had originally evolved and lived before taking to the stars.
Arboria
The Aurin homeworld, Arboria is a lush, vibrant planet filled to the brim with flora and fauna. It also had very diverse habitats, being home to deserts alongside verdant jungles.
The Exile humans accidentally found the planet during a search for more resources, and uplifted the Aurin with technology in exchange for valuable supplies and a place to rest. The Dominion eventually traced the Exiles back to Arboria, and declared unconditional sovereignty over it, deploying planet reapers on it.
The ecology has been irrevocably damaged by the Dominion's reckless harvesting. It is unknown how the remaining Aurin survive, if they still are alive.
Bezgelor
Once a vibrant forest world, Bezgelor is now a barren ball of metal, smog, and factories. The Chua evolved here, developing simple machines like pulleys until the Dominion gave them the Cosmotron; after that, their technological development moved much faster than the planet's resources could handle.
Despite its polluted atmosphere, many Chua still live here, as evidenced by the Zax residence being stationed on Bezgelor.
Cassus
The Cassian and Human homeworld; it has also been adopted by the Mechari as their own. The soon-to-be previous Dominion capital city of Meridia is lcoated here, as is one of the Forges where new Mechari are created.
Eko
Eko, homeworld of the Ekose, is a fringe world that serves as a frequent refueling and provisioning stop for ship captains traveling through the remote regions of the galaxy. Although most of Eko is undeveloped, the capital city of Kolvos is a thriving hub of business and activity. The planet is surrounded by hundreds of orbital spacedocks that service visiting ships.[1]
Lagos
The Lopp's homeworld, it is an extremely high-gravity planet that made the Lopp so small and their Kurg so gigantic and powerful. It is also home to the unusual (but adorable) Snarfelynx.
Gnox
The Granok homeworld. Best known for its unique fauna, who all display "rock skin."
Unlike many of the Exile races, the Granok still have a thriving population on their home planet; the ones who joined the Exiles were a younger generation who were banished for breaking the ancient Gnoxian tradition of the Way of Stone.
Grismara
The Mordesh homeworld. Once home to one of the most advanced and culturally significant species, the planet has turned into a barren wasteland, with Ravenous roaming the streets, attacking anything they see.
The Dominion military has blockaded Grismara to keep the Contagion quarantined, making it very difficult--but not impossible--to leave. Not that there's any non-Ravenous left.
Mikros
The Draken homeworld. Tidally locked, one side is always exposed to the sun, scorching hot, barren and volcanic, the other to total darkness, a dead glacial wasteland. The most habitable areas are in what's referred to as the "twilight band" between light and dark. The ancient Draken religion holds that the icy side of Mikros is where the Dark Gods live, as nothing else can survive there.
Nexus
Widely believed to be the Eldan homeworld, the point of origin of Mechari Millenials, and home to dozens of sentient races like the Pell, the Falkrin, and the Osun. This is where the game takes place.
