Not to be confused with Wii Fit.
General

Wii Fitness is a fitness test on Wii Sports that tests the player's strength, speed, and stamina using Training Games from Tennis, Baseball, Bowling, Golf, and Boxing. After finishing all the Training Games, the game then determines your Wii Fitness Age on a scale of 20 to 80. A calendar is included to track your progress. The test can only be taken once a day per Mii. However, if a player quits a Wii Fitness session, they won't be able to do another Wii Fitness session until the following day.
Cheat
Normally, once you finish a Wii Fitness session, you have to wait until midnight on the next day of the system calendar to do another one. However, you can do multiple tests on the same day by advancing the system date.
How to do it
Go to System Settings, select the date option and change the date. Go back to the Wii Menu and start the game. Once in the game, go to the Wii Fitness mode and start a session. Otherwise, you can simply use a different Mii (as this counts as a different person) or use one of the six Guest Miis.
Trivia
- In the files of Wii Sports, there is a music track that was supposed to be an early version of the Wii Fitness menu. It was cut from the game. It was later discovered that the music track is an early version of the training mode theme. In the final version, the main theme track is used but different.
- The Wii Fitness mode was used as an inspiration for making Wii Fit, similar to the way Mii Maestro in Wii Music used Wii Play's unused orchestra game as an inspiration.
- The Wii Fit Age in Wii Fit is a direct reference to the Wii Fitness Age.
- If a Nunchuck controller is disconnected and is required for the test or vice versa, the player can choose to quit the Wii Fitness test by pressing the B button, but if they do, then they'll have to wait until the next day to do another one.
