Oscar Yang (사이, Yang Seongchang) is the father of Oswald Yang and a City Representative.
Plot
When his son was involved in the incident that rendered Stephen Ahn comatose, his position was the reason why the school was eager to cover everything up. After Gray Yeon beat up his son in retaliation, Oscar Yang blacklisted Gray from all of the local high schools, resulting in Eunjang High School being the only one willing to accept him.
