Arty Wario is the third diguise obtained in Wario: Master of Disguise. This disguise allows Wario to create blocks enabling him to reach platforms or other areas, or make warp doors that can send him to the last hat switch accessed. Lastly, he can also paint hearts to restore his health, but he is unable to move in this disguise.
