The TelaKrH 66 is a Finnish Mortar Carrier that appears in Double Nation Pack: REDS DLC of Wargame: Red Dragon.
Overview
Carrying the beefy Soltam M-66 heavy mortar in its bed, the TelaKrH 66 is nearly statistically identical to its NATO counterpart, the Makmat. It can be argued that the TelaKrH is a slightly inferior mortar carrier to its evil twin on the basis of its slower offroad speed (40kph compared to the Makmat's 45kph), meaning it takes a little longer to get into position. At the end of the day, however, almost everything that applies to the Makmat applies to the TelaKrH - weaknesses as well as strengths.
In terms of raw power, the TelaKrH 66 is the deadliest REDFOR mortar carrier in Wargame: giving even heavy artillery a run for their money, a round from the M-66 will decimate cars, trucks, infantry, APCs and light tanks in a very short space of time. Furthermore, its excellent range puts it well out of the way of counter-battery fire (at least, from other mortars). Where the TelaKrH flops over is accuracy. Without a spotter on hand, and even with a spotter sometimes, it will almost never hit its intended target, and the idea that it might hit a moving target is utterly laughable. Counter-battery operations are out of the question for this reason: by the time the spotter gets close enough to get eyes onto the enemy artillery, it would be more logistically practical to use the spotter to destroy it.
Nonetheless, the TelaKrH excels at blowing away clusters of soft targets. It is particularly effective at sieging towns: the spread-out nature of defending infantry means that, aimed to cover as much ground as you can, a shell will almost certainly hit something. Open up with a bombardment by a quad-battery of TelaKrH 66s, use lighter mortars (the TelaKrH 71/84) to smoke off the route, then storm the town with Panssarijääkäri (or, better yet, Kaartinjääkäri) for a relatively easy capture.
