Switzerland (German: Schweiz; French: Suisse; Italian: Svizzera), officially the Swiss Confederation (Latin: Confoederatio Helvetica) is a multiethnic, land-locked federal republic in central Europe, where it is bordered by West Germany to the north, France to the west, Italy to the south, and Austria and Liechtenstein to the east.
The country was mentioned in the Able Archer campaign, where despite being neutral, it was occupied by Soviet aerial forces along with Austria. It is likely that Swiss cities were destroyed along with many other European cities in the nuclear holocaust afterwards.
