Roky is the leader of the Vent Pobbers, a subdivision of the Ventkids gang in Fortuna. She is in charge of selling and assembling K-Drives.

In-game

Roky is the primary point of contact with the Ventkids Syndicate, who provides players with various services relating to K-Drives. The player is able to fast travel to Roky, only after completing the Vox Solaris quest, the introductory quest to Fortuna.
