Lua error in Module:Enemies/infobox at line 185: No enemy data for name "Hyena" found in Module:Enemies/data/*. The Hyena is a quadrupedal Corpus robotic proxy equipped with a mix of crowd-control and high-damage attacks. There are a variety of Hyena models, each with a different set of weapons and abilities.
Prior to Update 24.0 (2018-11-08), Hyenas were only encountered in the Hyena Pack boss fight on Neptune and during Tactical Alerts. The Fortuna update added 4 new models on the Orb Vallis, where they can be called as backup by other units. Update 25.7 (2019-08-29) added a Demolisher variant that is encountered in Disruption missions on Neptune and Lua.
Neptunian Hyenas

Hyena LN2 (Liquid Nitrogen) is a whitish-colored Hyena that uses 
Cold damage as part of its arsenal.
Its plasma repeater deals Cold damage, constantly radiates a freezing aura around it that can inflict Cold procs, and can release a cone of ice in front of it akin to 
Frost's 
Ice Wave.

Hyena Ng (Nitroglycerin) is a yellow-crimson Hyena that uses 
Heat as part of its arsenal.
Its plasma repeater deals Heat damage, constantly radiates a flaming aura around it that gives it resistance to Heat damage, can release a grenade that explodes that deals Heat and 
Blast damage, and can release a cone of flame in front of it.

Hyena Pb (Lead) is a green/brown Hyena that relies on heavy firepower as part of its arsenal.
Its plasma repeater deals 
Slash and 
Puncture damage, it occasionally projects a shield aura to restore shields to itself and its allies, and occasionally jumps into the air to produce a Lead Storm where it spins and fires a large number of Blast bullets in all directions.

Hyena Th (Thorium) is a teal/dark-blue Hyena that uses 
Electricity and 
Magnetic as part of its arsenal.
Its plasma repeater deals Electricity damage, constantly radiates a disrupting aura around it that inflicts Magnetic procs. It also drains energy from nearby players, similar to Energy Leech/Parasitic Eximus units, but with a radius that is only a bit bigger than its disrupting aura. It can rush forward and knock down any Tenno in its path, can release a sphere of electricity, and can release a cone of electricity in front of it which also inflicts Magnetic procs.
Vallis Hyenas

The Cinderthresh Hyena is a Hyena variant deployed by other Corpus units on the Orb Vallis, Venus.
This Hyena model is only deployed by the Corpus Supra Target encountered during Assassination bounties.

The Gyre Hyena is a Hyena variant deployed by other Corpus units on the Orb Vallis, Venus.
This Hyena model is deployed by Corpus Trencher Targets during Assassination bounties, and by the Sentient Research Director encountered in Phase 2 of the Profit-Taker Heist.

The Icemire Hyena is a Hyena variant deployed by other Corpus units on the Orb Vallis, Venus.
This Hyena model is deployed by Terra Sniper Crewmen via spawn pads. It is also deployed by Corpus Sniper Targets during Assassination bounties, and by the Armaments Director encountered in Phase 2 of the Profit-Taker Heist.

The Rabbleback Hyena is a Hyena variant deployed by other Corpus units on the Orb Vallis, Venus.
This Hyena model is deployed by Terra Raptor SX and its Elite variant. It is also deployed by Corpus Cestra Targets during Assassination bounties, and by the Vivisect Director encountered in Phase 2 of the Profit-Taker Heist.
Unique Hyenas

Azoth is one of the elite Corpus enemies faced by the Tenno in the arenas of Nef Anyo's Index. Azoth appears to be a heavily modified Hyena proxy, with more layers of armor and a different arsenal of attacks.
