Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (Rai has eaten the Memories of tens of thousands of extraordinary opponents, including numerous martial artists, and as a result has all their skills, abilities, and techniques born of lifetimes of training and experience^[1]. In combat he's able to swiftly change between fighting styles to surprise and overwhelm his opponents, controlling the flow of the battle. He can dodge attacks aimed^[1] at his back without even looking, and has mastered martial arts, swordsmanship, and countless other styles. He is proficient in literally every martial art and a repeated attack will be countered by him even if repeated a thousand times. Anyone but a lower-grade opponent can brush off Shamak^[27], which affects the senses such as hearing and vision, with skill, and Rai can brush off Beatrice's Shamak^[1], which affects all 5 senses^[28]. Rui, who draws on the same Memories and Names as him, showed such skill that she could cut a person and neatly reveal their musculature without touching their nerves, blood vessels, or bones^[1]. He has eaten every possible kind of excelling, transcending talent, history, potentiality in the world, and even thousands of years later, there won't be anyone who excels in every single kind of ability like him)

Standard Tactics: He fights dirty, always abusing a custom in which warriors introduce themselves formally before they do battle to obtain their Names, if he happens to possess the Memories of someone close to his opponent he'll imitate their manner of speaking and acting in order to make his enemy feel uneasy. He makes use of the element of surprise and is willing to fake his injuries or pretend to be unconscious or dead and run away when he sees that the battle is unfavorable as he does not possess the pride of a warrior.

Weaknesses: He can't eat a person's Name and Memories if he doesn't know their birth Name, if he eats another type of Name, he becomes plagued with severe nausea. He is normally unwilling to utilize the full power of Solar Eclipse because he fears his sense of self being damaged by it, so he resorts to the inferior Lunar Eclipse | He can't eat a person's Name and Memories if he doesn't know their birth Name, if he eats another type of Name, he becomes plagued with severe nausea.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

• Authority of Gluttony: Rai's Authority of Gluttony can be divided into two abilities- his power to plunder a person's soul and consume their Name and Memories, simply dubbed Gluttony, and his power to access and physically utilize the stolen Names and Memories within him dubbed Eclipse.

• Gluttony: Rai can plunder a person's soul to eat the Name and Memories of his opponent. To activate the Authority, he touches them with his hand, then licks the palm of the same hand while chanting the victim's full name. Things such as experience, talent, and the likes and dislikes of human relationships serve as food for him, allowing him to take advantage of any abilities or Memories his opponents had. However, if he eats a Name other than the first ever Name a person received, he becomes plagued with severe nausea.
  • Eating the Name: Those that have had their Name eaten have their existence erased from the world, erasing them from the memories of everyone and rewriting history so that they never existed– going so far as to erase all physical evidence of their existence short of physically erasing the victim themself. This destroys any human relationships and negates any contracts with Spirits.
  • Eating the Memories: Those that have their Memories eaten become amnesiac and any characteristics they may have had are reset, effectively making them into a different person. Their skills, knowledge, and experience vanish, but they retain talent as well as things such as knowledge of how to speak, basic social norms, and information about the world that is non-specific (For example, they will know what a tree or a sword is, but they won't know their name or recognize their loved ones).
  • Eating both Name and Memories: Those that have both their Name and Memories eaten simply become an unconscious empty shell, forgotten by the world, and although they live they no longer eat, excrete waste, or age, putting them in suspended animation. This is commonly called "Sleepy Beauty Sickness".

• Eclipse: Eclipse is an ability which is considered to be the trump card of Gluttony's Authority and has two types; Lunar Eclipse and Solar Eclipse.
  • Lunar Eclipse: An ability which draws out techniques and knowledge from the Memories of eaten opponents, and uses them as his own belonging, recreating them in his own flesh body. With this, Rai browses multiferious Memories- combining them, and practically using them as a hyper-level synthesis. Due to the skills and techniques used being recreated in a foreign body, the stolen powers are not as refined as the original user's would have been.
  • Solar Eclipse: An ability which draws not simply on the Memories of victims, but draws on the captured Name as foundation, and covers him in the reconstructed person’s existence in its entirety, completely reconstructing the techniques polished by that flesh body, and thus it can manifest strength to its maximum. By using the original specs of his countless victims, he becomes a monsterous being that recreates, combines, and births countless old and new techniques to overwhelm any opponent with his mastery of every form of combat.

• Huma: Using water magic, Rai can create a barrier around himself.
  • El Huma: Rai uses his magic to control water, it can also be used to manipulate blood although he has to be in direct contact with it.
  • Al Huma: Rai uses his magic to create ice in the shape of spears which he shoots at his enemies.

• Master Martial Artist: By eating the Name and Memories of his opponents, Rai has gained an extreme level of mastery of martial arts, a level of martial arts that would take many decades to acquire and is equal to master martial artists.

• Palm of the Fist King: A powerful strike that ruptures a person's internal organs as well as outright destroys physical objects like swords. It can also bypass mana based defensive techniques. The move originally belong to Neiji Rockheart.

• Leaper: A technique which is a short range teleport, that can be used in succession. The move originally belonged to Dorkell.

• Carnivorous Beast: Using the Memories of a certain serial killer, he can strengthen his body to a beyond-superhuman level– allowing his limbs to destroy all and his skin to deflect even holy blades. This physicality originally belonged to Beli Heinelga.
