Da Burbs is a town created by Vinny PizzaPasta in Animal Crossing: New Leaf in celebration of the Welcome Amiibo! update. It was created after selling the previous town- Vineland- to Tom Nook for a total of 13,575,828 Bells (taken in 10 installments for a total of 14,933,500 Bells with interest.)
The town is run by Vinny- still under the name Mayor Vine- and is connected to his previously established salt mines in Vineland. Other name suggestions for the town included Binyot, Sauceland, Buvvins, TheBurbs, Vineland (again), and The Burb. It was founded on November 3rd, 2016 at 12:15 AM.
This town is notable as it is the first streamed town to feature Scoot as a permanent villager, as he was invited to the town with an Amiibo card gifted by a viewer.
