Zyclop 06 or better known as One-Arm Harpoon Zyclop, is the secondary antagonist of Pixar's 26th full-length animated feature film Lightyear, a Toy Story spin-off prequel film centered on Buzz Lightyear's origin story.
It is a giant yellow robot who serves for Zurg in his quest to go back to the past for him to retrieve his old crew back, where it attacks any imposing threat to such goal. It is also one of Zurg's robotic henchmen. After its right arm got removed, it later received the nickname "One-Arm Harpoon Zyclop".
It was voiced by Angus MacLane.
Biography
Zyclop 06 first appears when it was assigned by Zurg to capture Buzz Lightyear unharmed along with the crystal that is now stable for hyper speed. 06 was programmed to stop or kill anyone who dares to stop it for succeeding its mission. The Junior Zap Patrol did their best to damage half of 06 while Sox attacked the robot. Later, 06 lost its right arm and its right shoulder armor plate and its left teleporting chest pad, while being contaminated with a space blue berry by Izzy Hawthorn, then later got shot in the head by with a harpoon by Mo Morrison. 06 managed to be reactivated and still continues its hunt for Buzz and the crystal. Later, 06 learns that Buzz and the Zap Patrol were at the abandoned storage facility that was infested with the insectoids and at the mining grounds when it saw the sandwich. Later, 06 joined with the other Zyclops to chase after Buzz and the Zap Patrol, only to be run over by the armadillo and nearly fried at a lava geyser. Later, after the Zurg ship is destroyed and Zurg himself, 06 reveals to be alive and active (unlike the other Zyclops who are all deactivated, except for one who now thinks for itself), 06 only had one last attempt to destroy Buzz and his new crew and avenge Zurg's loss, only to be shot by Commander Burnside, finally destroying the robot.
Appearance
Zyclop 06's appearance was like most of the other Zyclops until it got shot painted on the chest by Izzy Hawthorne with a space berry. Later, it lost its right-side shoulder armor and its right arm side along it lost its left teleport pad. Later, 06 got a harpoon stuck on its head, which made it now more recognizable.

- It's unknown why Zyclop 06 is still active after the Zurg ship is destroyed, leaving 06 as the last Zyclop until being shot by Commander Burnside. It's possibly because after Izzy Hawthorne shot space berries on its chest, while Mo Morrison shot the harpoon on its head, the combination of the two probably scrambled its circuitry and now thinks for itself much like the Omnidroid from The Incredibles.
- Zyclop 06 losing its arm is similar to the most tragic tradition in the Toy Story Universe, when Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Mr. Potato Head and Bo Peep also lost but later reattached their arms.
- Zyclop 06 is based on Bongo, Zurg's faithful robot slave from the original deleted scene of Toy Story. Both have the same brute appearance, both have the same head, and both were heavily damaged but indestructible.
