Sam Cat is a minor character in Looney Tunes franchise.
Personality
He is dimwitted, sometimes intelligent and treacherous on issues such as food to hunt. In The Spy Swatter, he was a member of secret agent evil organization, where he sent Daffy Duck to steal secret formula for cheese which gives others super strength from Speedy Gonzales. In Merlin the Magic Mouse, he's the rude evil cat who was talking that Merlin's show is terrible solely to insult him and make him feels bad. When Merlin's fake moustache fell down of his face, Sam saw that he's actually a mouse, and revealed that he hates mice, and tried to kill Merlin the Magic Mouse and his assistant Second Banana. They escaped from him on the Magic Carpet.
Villainous Acts
In Trick or Tweet and Mouse and Garden, he tried to eat Tweety and an unnamed mouse and tormented Sylvester who wanted prey for himself, and set many dangerous traps and almost killed him.

- His name might be an inspiration for name of Nickelodeon series Sam & Cat.
- Many people thinks that he appeared in Putty Tat Trouble, Tweet and Sour, The Honey-Mousers, Cheese-It Cat and Birds Anonymous, but he didn't appear in any of these episodes, there were different orange cats which don't look like him anyway.
