Paulo Rocca is the secondary antagonist of the 1986 film Raw Deal. He is the right-hand man of Chicago mob boss Luigi Patrovita.
He was portrayed by the late Paul Shenar, who also voiced Jenner in the 1982 animated film Secret of NIMH and played Alejandro Sosa in the 1983 Scarface remake.
Biography
Rocca was present at the meeting between Patrovita and Martin Lamanski, his former protege who is now rival mob boss. Lamanski send a hit squad to assassinate Patrovita, but they failed to kill him. But one of his best enforcers was killed and he asked Rocca to find a good replacement for him.
When Lamanski's casino is trashed, Rocca turns his attention to convicted felon Joseph P. Brenner to take his place, but what he and Patrovita did not know it was actually former FBI agent Mark Kaminski (who was asked by FBI Chief Harry Shannon to tear up the Patrovita family for the death of his FBI agent son Blair).
