Nulleye

Nulleye was the second robotic general serving Lord Zedd and later Void Queen as well as a major antagonist in Season 2 of Power Rangers Dino Fury.

He was voiced by Adrian Smith who also voiced Redker in Power Rangers Super Megaforce and Snageye in Dino Fury Season 2.

Biography

During his time away, Lord Zedd breaks into Grid Battleforce and devastates the building before freeing Scrozzle from prison. He does this because has heard of Scrozzle's actions under Evox and wants to use his intelligence for his plan to create a new army of Sporix. After having Scrozzle retrieve his staff from the Crystal Dimension, he recruits Sizzurai and returns to Earth shortly after Tarrick is turned into Void King. Returning to Area 62 with his generals, Zedd forms an alliance with the Void Family where they will give him aid and technology in exchange for a 50/50 split of the Earth. Having established a base on Earth, Zedd has Scrozzle build two generals from the data of Sngageye and Boomtower; Boomblaster and Nulleye. Nulleye is created after Boomblaster and Sizzurai's attack on Pine Ridge and vanishes from the Earth with Lord Zedd and his generals soon after. As revealed by Ollie soon after, they have headed to Rafkon instead to gather information on how to create Sporix as they were first created by the Rafkonians.

After six hours of searching though, they find nothing and are confronted by the Rangers who followed them after hearing of his plan from Ollie. However, Zedd, Scrozzle and Sizzurai teleport away to build thier Sporix Generator and leave Nulleye and Boomblaster to fight the Power Rangers who summon the Hengemen to fight. Nulleye fights all five and is struck by the Dino Fury Force finisher only to survive without a scratch and retreat behind an attack. Soon after, they follow the Power Rangers straight to the Sporix Generator with Zedd sending Sizzurai, Boomblaster and Nulleye to confront them whilst Zedd and Scrozzle activate the Sporix Generator. Nulleye fights Aiyon to a stalemate until he goes to fight Zedd. The fighting continues until Lord Zedd accidentally kills Sizzurai which allows Ollie to freeze them with the Freeze Battle Armour's Freeze Fury Blast.

After thawing out, Boomblaster and Nulleye are still freezing but stand guard in the bushes as Scrozzle finishes repairing the Sporix Generator. When the Rangers appear, they teleport themselves and the Generator to Pine Ridge which also destroys Rafkon in the process. Once there though, they are forced to wait for the Sporix Generator to activate and are confronted by Void King and Void Queen who are displeased with the betrayal. However, Zedd is able to convince them that he simply went to fulfil his end of the promise and Void King joins them for the fight as the Rangers return. He then sends Boomblaster, Void King and Snageye to fight them whilst he protects the Generator. Snageye fights Zayto alongside Void King and they have the upper-hand until he equips the Dino Knight Armour and decimates Nulleye. Although Void King then defeats them, Aiyon destroys Boomblaster with the Mosa Master Strike and Amelia hits Void King and Nulleye with the Dino Fury Cycle's Plasma Blasts so they are forced to retreat. Lord Zedd is trapped in a crystal with the Green Morphin Master so Nulleye switches allegiances and joins the Void Family as a general. He will be destroyed by Zayto with the Dino Legendary Armor soon before that Void Queen's master plan begin.

Personality

Nulleye was an incredibly aggressive and violent minion who, like Scrozzle, would serve whoever threatened him the most. He was a ruthless brawler, using extreme force whenever he could but wasn't very intelligent since he commonly referred to having teeth which he didn't.

Powers and Abilities

Power: Nulleye was an incredibly powerful robot, stronger than Boomtower or Snageye as he easily defeated the Power Rangers but weaker than Lord Zedd or the Void Royalty.
Durability: Nulleye survived the Dino Fury Force finisher without a scratch and was only knocked down for a moment. He also survived multiple shock-wave hits to his torso from Zayto in the Dino Knight Armour and struck in the face by his own sword but was unfazed.
Weapons Combat: Nulleye was a skilled fighter, being able to match and defeat Aiyon in battle. Later on, he fought Zayto, Amelia and Ollie all at once but es
Shadow Streaks: Nulleye escaped his first battle by shadow streaking into the atmosphere.
Teleportation: Nulleye was able to any location at will in massive purple energy streaks.
- Interplanetary Teleportation: Nulleye was also able to teleport between the Earth and Rafkon and back at will in those energy streaks.

Arsenal

Ninjato: Nulleye wielded a long silver Japanese sword in battle.
- Energy Slashes: Nulleye could fire long green energy slashes from his sword in battle. This caused massive explosions but didn't faze the Dino Fury Rangers.

Trivia

Nulleye's death was entirely created for Power Rangers. In Ryusoulger, he was one of the Rangers' allies in a dead villain's armour who had infiltrated the enemy.
Nulleye's continuous references to having teeth that he didn't may have been an in-joke. His Ryusoulger counterpart was shown to have monstrous teeth but they were digitally edited out for Power Rangers as he was inorganic.
