Johnny 13 is a supporting antagonist of Danny Phantom.
He’s a spectral biker with bad luck. His shadow, which has a life of its own, spreads this luck to others. He has a girlfriend, Kitty. His main motivation is to be left alone with her. However, when he starts getting bored, his shadow starts causing trouble and Danny starts to get in his way. His shadow is very brutal, although it’s easily subdued by light.

Biography
Johnny 13 first appeared in "13", when he and his girlfriend Kitty attempted to escape the Ghost Zone. After the portal door closed on her, Kitty needed someone to wear her clothes (a scarf, jacket and ring imbued with her essence) so that she would be able to reform around them and switch places. Unfortunately, Johnny picked Jazz Fenton to be his girlfriend's host. He nearly succeeds, but Danny was able to stop the body transfer and sent Johnny back through the Ghost Zone.
In "Lucky in Love", Johnny steals a device from the Fenton’s lab that generates a ghost portal and modified it into his bike. He brings Kitty to Amity Park to see the sights but after flirting with every girl he sees, Kitty leaves Johnny and decided to make him jealous by going into Paulina’s body and be Danny’s girlfriend.
He later appears in "Girls' Night Out", where Kitty has again kicked him to the curb due to him paying more attention to his motorcycle than her.
Johnny's final appearance (alongside Shadow and Kitty) is in the series finale "Phantom Planet" when he helps Danny save the Earth from the Disateroid.
Johnny once mentioned that he and Kitty were made for each other. This reveals that the two of them died at the same time in a motorcycle accident and emerged in the Ghost Zone together, bonding them in death forever.
Powers and Abilities
Johnny 13 has standard ghost powers: invisibility, intangibility, flight, and ghost ray, but he usually prefers to cause mayhem on his bike, which it can fire blasts from its headlight, as well as fly or drive up walls. Johnny is far stronger and more durable than the finest human athlete. He can also enhance his own physical capabilities to unknown limits. Johnny possesses the main ability to summon his shadow for assistance. However, he can’t do much without Shadow and always gets sidetracked by other girls.
