Don Kee is the extremely money-hungry, pretty boy overlord of Planet Imecka and the first villain in Dragon Ball GT.
He was voiced by the late Kōji Totani in the Japanese version, and by Jakie Cabe in the English version.
History
When Don Kee took power on Imecka, he made it illegal for anyone to own spaceships so that no one could leave the planet. To enforce his will, he relied on his bodyguard, Ledgic, and his two commissioners, Sheila and Gale.
When Goku, Pan and Trunks arrived on the planet, Don Kee quickly had his underlings confiscate the space ship they arrived in. After the trio was successful in retrieving it, he declared them wanted criminals and sent his minions out to track them down. After Goku, Pan and Trunks attacked Don Kee's palace, he ordered Ledgic to fight him. However, after Ledgic left him, Goku, Pan and Trunks prepared to teach Don Kee a lesson, However when he pleaded with them, Pan made him a deal; That he stop charging rent to his people and give them free housing, but when he was hesitate with the idea; Goku prepared to fight him, only for him for cowardly pleaded again and promised no more rent and forced him to give back everything he took from the Imeckians.
He was later seen with Sheila and Gabe in a prison, giving his energy to Goku for his Universal Spirit Bomb so he could destroy Omega Shenron, though he did this reluctantly.
