The Creation King is the god of the Gorgom cult and the overarching antagonist of Kamen Rider Black.
The Creation King is said to be the strongest being that has lived for the past 50,000 years and possessed tremendous power that could destroy the entire world. Nearing the end of its lifespan, the Creation King was the one responsible for the tragedy that engulfed the lives of Kotaro Minami and Nobuhiko Akizuki, having chosen them to duel to determine who its successor would be.
For most of the series, the Creation King communicated to the High Priests and the two Century Kings via telepathy while concealing the fact that its true form is a giant floating heart, his original body having long since rotted away.
He was voiced by the late Takeshi Watabe, who also voiced Emperor Aton in the Super Sentai series, Don Horror, God Neros and Emperor Gaohm in the Metal Heroes franchise, and Waruder in Kikaider 01.
History
50,000 years prior to the present day, the Creation King was a Century King who defeated another Century King in a duel to become the ruler of Gorgom.
30,000 years ago, Bilgenia was selected as a candidate to succeed the Creation King, but the Creation King found him to be an unworthy candidate and had him sealed in a coffin.
As its lifespan neared its end, the Creation King sought out a successor to carry on Gorgom's reign. It eventually identified Kotaro Minami and Nobuhiko Akizuki, two step-brothers who had been born on the same day during a solar eclipse, as the chosen two to become Century Kings, and directed its followers to target them. Although they were able to kidnap Kotaro and Nobuhiko and convert them both into Century Kings, Kotaro was able to escape after Nobuhiko's father interfered in the procedure.
Initially, the Creation King allowed the Three High Priests to handle the management of Gorgom and stayed behind-the-scenes, but following their continued failures to defeat Kotaro it began to exert more direct control over the cult. It started by ordering them to reawaken Bilgenia so he could fight Black.
After Nobuhiko was completely converted into Shadow Moon, the Creation King ceded most of the cult's management to him, though as Shadow Moon was brainwashed it still continued to exert full control over the cult's affairs.
Once Kamen Rider Black had defeated Shadow Moon, he went on to confront the Creation King. After Kotaro refused to become its successor, the Creation King attempted to lower himself into the Earth to destroy it. However, before it can do so, the Creation King is destroyed by Black, ending Gorgom's reign of terror.
