A.K.I. is a major antagonist in the Street Fighter franchise.
She is the apprentice of F.A.N.G. who makes her debut in Street Fighter 6.
History
Born in the countryside and eventually abandoned in Shanghai, A.K.I. grew up homeless using cons and pickpocketing with other kids to get by. One evening, she and another child attempted to con an older man. They were going to frame the man as a predator and use images of the man and A.K.I. as blackmail. The plan went awry when the man realized their scam and offered the two children a large sum of money, or a Chinese-character engraved dagger. The man, who we knew was F.A.N.G had poisoned the money, if they'd choose it they and whoever else they were tied with would succumb to it. And if they chose the dagger he would've sliced their hands off in an instant. A.K.I. was curious about the dagger, and asked F.A.N.G. to tell her the characters written on it as they were too complex for her. A.K.I. had chosen the most valuable thing he had to offer, his Knowledge. He took her under his wing and gave her the name "Phantom".
For years F.A.N.G would train her in the art of poison, she gained a resistance towards it as the time went by, turning her skin and hair pure white, He trained her in the Sheuquan and Chinese Kempo fighting styles, the latter being the same one he uses. As she got older A.K.I. developed sort of a strange "crush" like feeling towards her master, feeling an unwavering adoration towards the man who made her. She speaks about using a Chinese honorific to address him that could mean both "Teacher" and, unbeknownst to F.A.N.G, "Husband", after he declined her using words that have an attachment to them. She seems to be obsessed with pleasing him and doing each job for him perfectly.
In her arcade mode, she is given an assignment by her Master to visit Nayshall for information on the remnants of Shadaloo, she begins to leave before she is interrupted by walking into Chun-Li. She asked who A.K.I. was and she responded by saying she is "No one", but if she were to prod around her business she "May end up losing her whole face." After the interruption she went after JP in Nayshall. JP was confused to who A.K.I. was, until he realized that she is F.A.N.G.'s apprentice. After A.K.I. defeats JP She warns him to not interfere with her Master's plans on reviving Shadaloo which left JP feeling unnerved.
A.K.I. Also plays a role in World Tour mode where she meets the avatar to teach them her techniques she learned from her master. She would explain her life on how she met FANG and grows to respect the Avatar.
Appearance
A.K.I. appears as a pale young woman, wearing glitter on her undereye and red lipstick, with a beauty mark. Her hair is pure white resembling a mushroom and she wears a black, snakeskin patterned Qipao that has sheer long sleeves. She has purple, poisoned chains wrapped around her forearms that connect to the inside of her (typically silver) nail guards, with bright purple claws. Her leggings match her dress in pattern and color.
Personality
She presents herself as being very calm but she gets incredible joy out of talking about her Master. In her duties she is seen to be level headed, only killing if her Master deems it needed, She is capable of being very professional if not sadistic. She has many snake-like mannerisms like slithering around, and some mannerisms are borrowed from F.A.N.G, Like flapping around or his laugh,
