Terrence is a network sleeper agent who was woken by Milner. Prior to being woken he worked at a Burger Station. Terrence is responsible for the deaths of Dobri Gorski, Danny Silburt (man in the bath) and John Traeger (fish monger). Ian stabs Terrence to try and stop him releasing the gas, when this does not work Ian shoots him in the head.
