Wotoha is an utaite who started in March 2019. She initially started as Mituki Neu, a Virtual YouTuber from upd8, back in March 2018, but retired a year later. After Neu's retirement in March 2019, she rebranded herself as Wotoha and has been involved with numerous art, video, and music activities, especially utattemita.

When singing with other utaites, she mainly collaborates with Nanahira or yukimurachan.

Her voice is kawaii, adorable, and borderline loli. Sometimes she sounds close to Nanahira, but less brattier.

Her most popular cover is "China Advice (Toccoyaki remix)" with over 1.5 million views on YouTube.

Wotoha is also famous as an illustrator, animator, and video editor, and has done all these for songs like Isana's "Menhera Janai Mon" . She has also done songwriting and composing music at least once, in her song "Cobalt Dreams" ."
